Return Policy
Last updated: . This Return Policy applies to MoveAligned coaching products purchased through motioneclear.world or directly with our team in Finland.
1. Nature of Coaching Products
Our offers include the Posture Foundation Assessment (€95), Six-Week Alignment Program (€365), and Monthly Habit Coaching (€135 per month). These are personal coaching services and digital materials rather than physical goods.
2. Right of Withdrawal for Distance Contracts
EU consumers generally have fourteen days to withdraw from distance contracts. For coaching services, if you request that sessions begin within the withdrawal period, you may be charged for services already delivered proportionally once you give express prior consent and acknowledgment of reduced withdrawal rights.
3. Cancellations by Client
Single sessions: cancel or reschedule at least twenty-four hours before the confirmed time for a full credit toward a future session. Cancellations within twenty-four hours may forfeit that session unless we can fill the slot.
Multi-session packages: unused sessions beyond the withdrawal period may be refunded at our discretion minus a reasonable administration fee of fifteen percent if more than half the program remains unused and cancellation is for documented serious reasons.
Monthly Habit Coaching: cancel renewal by email before the next billing date. Partial months are not refunded once the billing period has started.
4. Cancellations by MoveAligned
If we cancel due to coach illness or studio closure, you receive reschedule priority or refund for the affected session. We are not responsible for travel costs but will offer reasonable alternatives including remote sessions.
5. Digital Materials
Downloadable summaries provided after assessment are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by mandatory consumer law. If files are defective, contact office@motioneclear.world for replacement copies.
6. Non-Attendance
Failure to attend without notice counts as a used session. Remote clients must test links in advance; technical issues on our side qualify for reschedule at no charge.
7. Refund Process
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days. Bank processing times may vary. You will receive email confirmation when initiated.
8. Disputes and Consumer Help
We aim to resolve concerns directly. Finnish consumers may contact the Consumer Advisory Services (Kuluttajaneuvonta) for guidance. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights you cannot waive.

10. Transfers and Gifts
Unused sessions purchased as gifts may be transferred once to another adult recipient with written notice. Transfer does not extend beyond the original package expiry date.
11. Studio Closures
During planned holidays listed on motioneclear.world, sessions are rescheduled at no fee. Emergency closures follow the same refund or credit principles described in section four.
